World Peace Cookies

Photobucket

These world peace cookies are truly delightful. It's like a chocolate chocolate chip cookie, but better. As I was baking these, I was wondering, why are these called world peace cookies? Are they supposed to promote world peace? Perhaps, but regardless, this is the end of my journey of 21 different chocolate things. Most of these recipes were nice and simple, but I know that my boyfriend has enjoyed all of them. Hope you enjoyed all my chocolate recipes!

Triple Threat Cookies

Photobucket

These triple threat cookies were a wonderful delight. Chocolate cookies filled with more chocolate chips - bittersweet and white - and also nuts. It was just crunchy, and soft, and yummy. Although I know my boyfriend doesn't like nuts, I thought that they were a necessary part of this. I hope he likes them!

Rocky Road Brownies

Photobucket

Last brownie recipe. These Rocky Road Brownies taste just like the ice cream version! I love rocky road ice cream so I thought I would share these with my boyfriend. I enjoy the chocolate, marshmallow and nuts. It was just a good combination of flavors. I had broiled the brownies a little bit because I wanted the chocolate chips on top and the marshmallows to melt and brown a bit.

Pumpkin Swirl Brownies

This pumpkin swirl brownie was a nice addition to the mix for my boyfriend. It was something different not not completely out of the ordinary. These were really the prettiest brownies in the mix. The swirl of pumpkin gave it something different. It was lovely to make.

Over-the-Top Brownies

Photobucket

These decadent brownies are somewhat too much. A chocolatey brownie with a drizzle of hot fudge and caramel on top. I was going to melt chocolate and make my own caramel, but I remembered that I still had some from the twix brownies in April. The stuff's still good! I had a piece and it was just sweet, but really satisfying.

Oreo Fudge Bars

Photobucket

These Oreo Fudge Bars were something I was actually debating whether or not I should give him. He's a huge chocolate person - he loves it, but fudge, that may be too rich for him. Oh well, I had lots of extras and when friends came over to pick stuff one, one of them renamed it Oreo Orgasm. I am not promoting that name, but apparently to them, it was really good!

Hershey's Brownies

Photobucket

This was the second item that my boyfriend wanted me to make for him, Hershey's Brownies. I know that this is one of his favorite brownies because last time he made it; he kept raving about how good it was. I decided to make this with Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa instead of the regular unsweetened since I know how much he loves dark chocolate. I cut these out into heart shapes because I love him lots. I also placed the frosting into a different container to have him frost himself since it won't ship nicely frosted!

Giant Dulce de Leche Samoas

Photobucket

These imitation Samoas were some of the most labor intensive cookies I made. My cookie cutter was a 2.5 in one so I decided to make giant ones. In addition, my boyfriend's favorite Girl Scouts Cookie is Samoas - perfect! [personally, I like thin mints better!] These were delicious!

Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cinnamon cookies without the chocolate chips one of the two things my boyfriend requested, but since this whole box was chocolate themed, I decided to throw a couple of chocolate chips in. It tastes like a snickerdoodle, but with chocolate chips. It was so good.

Chocolate Mint Cookies

Photobucket

I based these cookies off these Chocolate Andes Cookies, but since I had mint chips already from winter break, I decided just to put those in the dough instead. They were a nice break from all the chocolate chips!

Chocolate Espresso Cookies

These chocolate espresso cookies, although I personally think they look similar to the Brownie Cookies, taste much different. They are a bold surprise if you're not expecting the blast of coffee taste. They are a great addition to any morning!

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Photobucket
These tried and true chocolate chip cookies were not originally on the list to make, but by the end, I felt like I wanted to make something easier rather than slaving over cappuccino brownies, I decided to make these. I will try those cappuccino brownies some other day, but for now, these were original and yummy!

Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies

Photobucket

Third recipe in my twenty one recipes. These brown sugar cookies were small but tasty! I had put these on parchment paper and they did not spread at all, but that did conserve space in my box of chocolatey goodness!

Brownie Cookie

Photobucket
Today is actually my boyfriend's birthday. The package was finished yesterday and will be sent today and hopefully it'll get to him by Wednesday for him to share with his friends...or keep all the cookies and brownies for himself.

This past week was filled with baking so I'm a bit baked out. I've still got a King's Cake to make, but I'll be making an easier version found online.

These brownie cookies were super delicious. It's like a hybrid between the two and has the best of both worlds. Hope you enjoy them as well!
