Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
These peanut butter cup brownies are another great combination of peanut butter and chocolate. The peanut butter cups were cut up and put into the batter for a great mix of peanut butter and chocolate. Try it!

Angel's Baking - April

Ingredients:
2/3 cup melted butter
2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 large package cadbury mini eggs
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In large bowl, beat melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, hot water and vanilla extract until smooth.
In medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir into butter mixture until blended.
Coarsely chop 1/2 of the package of mini eggs, then stir into the dough mixture. Drop from small teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Garnish the top of each cookie with one mini egg.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool 1 minute; remove to wire rack.

1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
7 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/2 C granulated sugar
1 large egg, room temp
1 tsp vanilla
3 tablespoons sour cream
some miniature reese's peanut butter cups, frozen and chopped
