I didn't have marshmallow fluff and so I had to melt down marshmallows for it, but somehow, it just didn't turn out . But it go onto the cupcake and into the cupcake. I got some cool pictures of me putting the cream into the cupcake.

The cupcake was pretty good itself - I had tried it. The whole cupcake was average I suppose with the average marshmallow creme.Sorry for the super short post, I'm super busy this week. It's like showcase week [where my friend in Taiko performed Wednesday and then another friend in a dance group is on Friday]. This weekend is also the Bake Sale!
The recipe for this month's Cupcake Club is found on pages 133 of Martha Stewart's Cupcake book. Thanks to Jess from Cookbook Habit for choosing this.

Thanks for baking along with me this month - I wish these had been a bit tastier too! But they were cute and fun to make. Good for you for donating to SOS with the comments!
ReplyDeleteI like how you filled them from the top - much easier than trying to do it from the bottom!
ReplyDeleteWell, I know you said they didn't taste all that but they sure do look good to me...filling from the top definitely seems like the best way to get these done.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you were ambitious enough to make marshmallow cream!!
ReplyDeleteMade your own marshmallow cream. Talk about dedication to a cause! They look ymmy!
ReplyDeletemarshmallow + cupcake = great idea

Wow you made your own marshmallow cream! Love your photos!
ReplyDeleteThanks for always commenting on my blog Nina. You are so sweet. Great pics as usual.
ReplyDeleteKudos for making them despite your busy schedule Nina, especially since you also made your own marshmallow creme! They look fabulous! These were just ok for me too but still fun to make.
ReplyDeleteYours look good, nice and dark. Mine didn't get chocolately enough. Like your photos!
ReplyDeleteI found a recipe on line for making marshmallow fluff and it was really easy and simple and did not require marshmallows...you make your own so to speak but in melted version. It tasted wonderful! I will never buy the jar stuff again actually. Your cupcakes look wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI missed the date on this one. I was excited to make them and got so busy, I forgot.
ReplyDeleteAfter seeing yours, I know I have to make these and I am going to think about your going through the top instead of the bottom. Great idea.
Beautiful job, as usual.
